I'm sorry, you can no longer redeem your complimentary tickets online. All unredeemed ticket package have been converted into vouchers and can be picked up and redeemed at the Festival Box Office. If your ticket package includes Opening Night Screening and Gala tickets, you may pick up your entire package at the Castro Theater on Opening Night or at the Festival Box Office thereafter. Please remember to bring your photo ID as this is required to pick up your package. For questions regarding your member benefits, please contact membership@asianamericanmedia.org.
